How to Cancel Your Account

Before cancelling your account, please read the IMPORTANT section below.

To cancel your account, please create an authenticated support ticket with the following details:

  • Subject: Account Cancellation Request
  • Account Username: (See Note 1 below)
  • Account System: (See Note 2 below)
  • Requested Cancellation Date: (See Note 3 below)
  • Reason for Cancellation: (See Note 4 below)

Notes for Completing Your Request

  • 1. Account Username: Typically formatted as someusername or some@email.address.
    If multiple accounts share the same username, please provide the unique identifier/account ID for clarity.
  • 2. Account System: Describe the account type, e.g., Hosting, Domains, WHM, Mail, or similar.
    This ensures accurate identification of the account.
  • 3. Requested Cancellation Date: Specify your preferred cancellation date.
    A Confirmed Cancellation Date will be provided in our response, with cancellations typically scheduled
    before your next renewal date during business hours.
  • 4. Reason for Cancellation: Your feedback helps us improve. Please provide any details about your reason for cancelling.

IMPORTANT

By submitting a cancellation request, you agree to the following:

  • You have fully backed up your account data before cancellation.
  • All account data will be permanently deleted from 00:01 on the confirmed cancellation date.
  • Accounts with outstanding balances cannot be cancelled.
  • Additional billing may apply if the account is scheduled to close after the next billing period (whether by request or contractual obligation).
  • Per our Terms of Service, unused service will not be refunded.
  • Only authenticated support tickets, acknowledged by a ticket ID and human confirmation, are considered valid cancellation requests.
  • If you have services across multiple accounts or brands (e.g., hosting in cp.pipeten.co.uk, domains or email in purely.website, SSL certificates in whm.pipe.co), you MUST submit a cancellation request for each account separately.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure any recurring PayPal subscriptions are cancelled independently.
