Sometimes we’ll ask you to provide internet/email headers when providing you with support regarding your emails. These headers will help provide us with routing information of the message, including the sender, recipient, date and subject. Having access to these will make it easier for us to give you support, especially when you’re receiving emails you believe to be suspicious. This guide shows you how to get a copy of the headers when using each respective mail client.
