Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive
The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive or WEEE for short, in simple terms makes the producers of EEE (Electrical and Electronic Equipment) also responsible for the W (Waste) part which involves accepting the return of WEEE for recycling and safe disposal or otherwise paying towards the supply chain to-do it on their behalf.
Pipe Ten takes full responsibility for its impact on the environment and in accordance with our hardware lifecycle and destruction policies takes a REDUCE (consider impact such as longevity before purchase), RE-USE (consider where hardware can be economically re-used rather than disposed) and RECYCLE (use a compliant provider who will seek to re-use, return or otherwise safely recycle) approach.
