The Digital Economy Act 2017 or DEA (not to be confused with the largely defunct 2010 act of a similar name) largely focuses on age verification and access to pornography, ISP filtering/blocking of adult content, broadband universal service obligation, ISP failures and compensation and Ofcom powers and Internet copyright infringement sentencing.
